Information for Recruitment Agencies
Unfortunately due
the proliferation of speculative calls we continue to receive on a
daily basis and the need to manage our time effectively on internal
HR business efficiency we will no longer be taking unannounced telephones
calls from Recruitment agencies. This applies to all HR staff. Please
see the attached questions and answers for information on how to provide
your details.
Question:
Do
Greenwoods use Recruitment Agencies when recruiting for either Temporary
or Permanent Staff?
Answer:
Yes we do, however it does depend on the position, timescales,
expertise etc. We may also use (instead of or together with an agency/ies)
the jobcentre, advertise on our own website, advertise internally
and advertise on job boards i.e. www.jobsite.co.uk.
Question:
Do Greenwoods have a Preferred Agency Supplier List?
Answer:
There
is no set supplier list currently; the recruitment method and type
of agency we shall use will depend on the position.
Question:
How do I get my details across so that Greenwoods can use my
agency?
Answer:
We do not accept phone calls from speculative Recruitment agencies,
instead please send the following information (below) to reception@greenwoodscomms.com
and your details shall be put on file. If we are interested in using
your agency then we shall call you back when such a vacancy arises.

- Job Area/s
that you cover and what you specialise in
- Whether
you specialise in Temporary or Permanent or both
- Percentage
Rates for Permanent staff and how you work out the charge rate
for temporary staff. If its negotiable then we shall still
need to understand what the lowest rate is
- Your method
of recruitment i.e. to you meet with all of your candidates face
to face, over the phone, etc
