Greenwoods Forms Partnership
With Telecoms Test Specialist Acterna

| Greenwoods Communications,
the UK's leading telecoms services company, has signed
a Channel Partner agreement with testing and management
solutions provider, Acterna. |

 The
deal will add Acterna's range of high end test equipment to Greenwoods'
product portfolio, allowing Greenwoods to offer an even more complete
telecoms installation service to its customers. The partnership also
provides Acterna with a strong route into key telecoms accounts.
Greenwoods now offers a comprehensive range of test equipment and
services for SDH, Sonet, DWDM and Polarisation Mode Dispersion. Such
tools are essential for mobile operators, fixed line carriers, ISPs
and OEMs to ensure a non-interruptible service to end users.
The channel partner agreement provides Greenwoods with access to an
industry leading product range and support network. In return, Acterna
can take advantage of Greenwoods' strong market presence, a channel
to new accounts and the support of trained Greenwoods engineers.
