| At the end of last year,
Greenwoods customers were sent a satisfaction survey in
an effort to gauge the level of satisfaction with the
company's service. 346 contacts were sent the survey and
were motivated to respond with the chance to win a DVD
player. Direct mail response rates are typically 2% and
5% is considered high. Our customers chose to let us know
how they felt and we received a 19% response rate, whether
a result of the DVD incentive or because we have proactive
customers remains unresolved! |

The
survey proved highly informative letting us know the areas in which
our customers feel we are particularly strong, and also provided suggestions
to enhance our offering further. This is extremely valuable information
and Greenwoods thanks all those who participated. |
