New Distribution Agreement

| In August, ADC, provider
of network equipment and software solutions for broadband
networks, announced a new distributor agreement with Greenwoods
Communications. The agreement enables Greenwoods to distribute
ADC's fibre and copper connectivity, wireline and wireless
products throughout Europe. |

of our connectivity, wireline and wireless portfolio and today's announcement

director, Europe for ADC. "In collaboration with Greenwoods, we aim
to expand our market penetration throughout the UK and the rest of
the EU by delivering world-class customer service and solutions to
major pan-European telecommunications service providers, mobile operators
and large corporations."
