This asked customers to rate us in the areas of service and operational capability and offered the chance to win a portable TV. Over 120 completed surveys were returned from our client base of fixed and mobile operators and OEMs.

Kevin Bennett, infrastructure design engineer at THUS won the TV and his Greenwoods’ account manager, Karl Bowater, presented it to him. Kevin commented, “I always try to participate in supplier surveys so that our chosen vendors receive feedback and can continuously improve their service. I did not for one minute expect to win and was delighted when I received a call from Karl.”

The survey proved highly informative letting us know the areas in which our customers feel we are particularly strong, and also provided suggestions to enhance our offering further. This is extremely valuable information and Greenwoods thank all those who participated.
