system offers visibility at all times and can generate reports so
that purchasing managers can both keep track of spend and become
more accountable. Building up product lists via the e-catalogue
is more efficient than typing out faxes and emails or placing orders
over the phone. Users can also quickly update contact and delivery
details and manage the entire consumables process as a centralised
function.
